finals still

just in case you thought that i might be done. Well, I am not. Only half way. Today I attempted at taking a wine final. Wine is an extremely hard thing learn, in especily in 6 weeks. So when you pay twenty dollars for an ok wine don't feel like you are losing 20 dollars, you are paying for a piece of art. There is so much to think about starting with the grape and where it is planted and how to get that certain grape to get to the correct ripeness to get the flavor out to of the fermentation. Then on top of that there are a ton diffrent rules about how to make and what it can be called because of the area it was growen in. All countries are a way diffrent when it comes to there rules. So failed that, but the one thing i remeber are the grapes of burgandy chardonay and pinot noir just in case you cared, because i sure don't.
Tommorow i will be makeing a sandwich for my final, i don't know what kind yet but i will tommorow. O nutssssssssss. any way good night you people.
