Umm oh wow 40 pounds of carrots cut in the style of Julienne

for real hear folks, no lies, did that all morning. a julienne is a 1/4x1/4x 2 inchs this in nuts. I think you should try that once or twice it might be fun. It really was not that bad because it was Wine Masters 2004, which is a fund raiser for cyistic fibrosis. This takes place in beverly hills, the center of rich crap in all LA. Then after this at school this morning i went to beverly hills and worked with a wonderful Chef from The W hotel in Seatle Washington. I put 700 parlsly stems in seven hundred marzipan cherries. I also put seve hundred tootsie roll strips around 700 slices of cake. This was offically nuts. BUT Whatever life moves on and so does school. I am finshed with my Garde Manger this is pronounced gar-ma-jey. This is a fancy french word for meat puree and gelatin along with millions of little canapes. I did not do as well as i would have like for myself to do but i move on to the most creative class in the whole world, International cooking. So all of you favorite ethinic food in 6 weeks. It is sad. I wish you were here as well. I wish that a lot of people were here and that soem of the people who were here were not here. Josh Haas, you are an amazing person and you are doing wonderful things here in Jesus' name. You are right where your supposed to be. Though if I could be anywhere right now, I would love to be in that cottage on the hill over looking the sea with you. Sometimes, it would be so much easier to escape and dissapear and not come back. But then that starts you wondering if anyone would notice or miss you. I would notice if you dissapeared. You're in my prayers. Peace, friend.
