Bakersfield is really the armpit of california

I had a weird day.
It started off with some brisk cooking in a short ammount of time with over 45 diffrent ingredients to produce, pistou( this is a pesto soup with navy beans, really good)Escargot( you know the snails, you can actually use ones from your yard and just feed them clean lettuce for three days before you cook them, very buttery and garlicly, ummmmm, and some lamb braise with a long french name, it was all right, the best part of this dish wast the allumuette potatos(julienne french fries0. After i cleaned up i head for home, fresno that is, made it all the way over the grape vine and then out of no where on the north side of Bako the tread on my front left tire desides to fall off. Oh fun. Luckly this great man who worked for Jesus shack, a great little ministry that gets christain bands to the valley, helped me get off the freeway to where i could spend the nest forty five minutes putting the dough nut tire on my van,( the blue pig, thats her name) so i got that tire on finally and drove from bakersfield to home at 50 miles an hour. It took for-ev-errrrrrrrrrrr. Thats really all. any food ?s ask.

love and peace

When will you teach me to make an omlet? Or, gosh.. you seem to know things of much higher class than just an omlet... What good can you teach me to make? With Omlets, do you cook the egg first before putting stuff in it? Or do you mix the stuff up with it and cook it all together? Help..!?

steph, you can do one pan or two. The one pan method is the filling except chesses first with the egg poored on top. A two pan method which i like better is , saute filling except cheese make the egg put the filling in and close it, this is also when you would put the cheese in.
some rules to remember when cooking eggs in general:
no color, no brown
use litte fat
low heat

A little watery is ok

a tbsp of water helps dilute the egg

i think that is all
