i figured i finished or somthing like that!

i got like 6 bottles left:

i have one bottle of Victor Hugo 2004 viognier. This is a really good wine, its cool and crisp with a mild acidity. This is the perfect wine for beginers. You should all have some!

i have one bottle of Trou de bonde 2004 pinot blanc. This is another cool crisp wine, it is also perfect for beginers. The cool thing about this bottle of wine is even aged wine drinkers enjoy it, it brings a complex flavor to a grape that generally is minimally pleasing to the palate. This is from The santa maria valley. I don' generaly eat shrimp, or shrimp cocktail but this one goes great with them

I have one shining star in my minimalist colection, it is Rombaur Chardonay from 2004 its so good, but generally this is a hypy wine.

I two sparkkling wines ones some off brand italian sparkling chardonay. Then i have real champgne it is good, mostly cause i got this one for free. It retails for like 26.00 i love it

i have one more bottle of sautern, it is a french wine where the grapes mildew and then they make wine with those. it has some banna flavor in it. its nice with berries and ice cream.

i also have grappa in some jello, its good aswell.

So I went to visit you today at the nut house...and you weren't there! But Becca Freeman was, so I talked to her.

Oh well...another time. Oh yeah...I did buy some nuts.

Josh, by apprearance, can one tell if a wine is a quality wine? At the Nut House we have so many in the $25-35 range. If I wanted to get one, would the price be the indication I need in order to know if it's at least going to be in a certain quality range?

(I'm not going to, but it'd be fun to look for something when I'm looking at the bottles).

Ken, what kind of nuts did you get? The jordan almonds are my favorite. I also very much like the yogurt covered pretzels and the melty mints, but you can't down those like the jordans. Next week I'm taking home some honey roasted peanuts and double dipped oreos. The oreos are $4 for 10, but an oreo dipped white chocolate and dark chocolate has to be worth the try at least once. Mmm...

know this james: The price is #1 indicated by the winery. This means that the man or woman who acctually makes the wine takes a few things into consideration: #1 the overal quality of the wine at hand. Most of the time this enologists know what good and bad wine taste like. another thing they consider is how many cases the batch makes. if it s really good to them and there are a limited number of cases that jacks the price up. They also take inconsideration of growing conditions of the grape. There is one more thing to consider as well, all wine shops are in it for the money, at the sierra nut house, this summer wine sales kept the store from going to far into the red. So there is a mark up at the store as well.
To conclude with a statment that wraps this up well is: In almost all winerys the people who work for them love good wine and in most cases are critical of their own product, if they think $25 dollars is a good retail price for their bottle of wine its mostly going to be a good quality wine.
