Programing change!...because its time!

     I got laid off. This is the first time this ever happened me. I have always left a job on my own terms and with perception that I would be moving to better opportunity. 4 years and 2 months ago I stopped cooking professionally except for small cater events which took great coaxing for me to agree.  I started working for a quickly growing grocery store chain with promise of growth.  for the first 2.5 years this was true. A year and a few months ago I finished a finished a manager training program to promote and the company started quickly going down the shitter. For the past year, we as a staff we were waiting for  close notice.  4 weeks ago this came true and 2 weeks ago I became officially laid off.

    6 months ago I was tired and burned out... it turns out retail with out in house production is boring...it does not work for me. 6 months ago I started dreaming again.  Cooking came back into view. Today I decide to make it a reality.

    My plan is to:
- use my fathers sourdough started as a rekindling of what is right in my soul.
-Look for a bakery cafe job.
- Explore and publish food and recipes
-Connect people to the divine gift of our creator
- start planing my own business
